Job Overview

- Will develop complete understanding of the Clinical Trial setup configuration plan
- Play the role of an Subject Matter Expert for the team wrt to the Domain
- Help the individual Clinical Trial teams break the business requirements into functional and technical specifications
- Liaise with the study team during the duration of the clinical trial setup
- Co-ordinate with different groups within the organization when necessary
- Follow all applicable departmental Standard Operating Procedures and Work Instructions.
- Complete required trainings according to required timelines.
- Complete day-to-day tasks ensuring quality and productivity.
- Manage project and technical documentation in an appropriate manner.
- Provide administrative and technical support to internal departments and teams as needed.
- Ensure timely escalation and issue resolution as needed.
- Track and report metrics as determined by management according to required timelines.
- Participate in process improvement opportunities and assist with the implementation of revised processes and procedures.


Preferably B.Sc/M.Sc or equivalent
Alternatively, Bachelors of Engineering/Technology Degree with relevant clinical experience
MBA Degree will be an added advantage


- Overall years of experience: 6-8 Years and 3 – 4 years in the software job discipline. 
- Years of experience in Clinical Trail domain (Study Setup, Different phases of Drug development etc) – 4 to 5 years
- Capable of creating Functional specifications based on business requirement in clinical trial steup space
- Established experience of at least 3-4 years in in engaging with client stakeholders directly
- Demonstrated ability for achieving process and delivery excellence
- Proven ability to review test cases, identify gaps in requirements and conducting UAT etc
- Deep Understanding of SDLC methodologies like SCRUM
- Other required work-related experiences:

- Demonstrated ability to pay attention to detail.
- Ability to work well with others.
- Ability to deliver consistent high quality of work.
- Ability to use computer and departmental tools.
