Job Overview

This individual will be responsible for managing people and large data sets all while helping to define new processes for cleaning clinical experience data. They will be the key contact for stakeholders who are reviewing experience data and looking for changes to the current output.
- Manages the continuous maintenance of and enhancements to the company’s experience data by using all tools available (e.g., internal databases, external libraries) to complete missing and correct/adjust existing information.
- Is aware of industry-related developments to ensure representation of the data is in line with industry developments
- Liaises with the relevant Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to ensure accuracy of the data and manages the data review process
- Ability to hold executive level discussions
- Manages updates to the company’s experience data repository (e.g., uploads of new and/or adjusted data in experience database)
- Identifies the need for and suggests improvements/enhancements to approaches, tools and/or systems for capturing and reporting company experience data
- Proven as a successful/effective/motivating Mentor to develop team skills to achieve greater potential
- Supports the entire Enterprise Client Solutions organization by addressing medium to high complexity requests for company experience. Reviews and analyzes requests to ensure the request is clear. Follows up with appropriate contact for additional information as required.
- Assist with or be accountable for assigned team workload management, including new enquiry assignments
- Works across the organization in matrix environment across multiple time-zones and locations to lead the process and complete deliverables
- Responsible for resolving issues/challenges and informing Manager
- Identifies and drives ways to improve the efficiency and quality of processes and the resulting deliverables, influencing key stakeholders as applicable

Education/Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required in related field or equivalent work experience

Experience

Minimum Required:
 
Minimum 6 years
 
- Applicable minimum years of experience in data analysis, or an equivalent combination of education and CRO/pharma/other related experience to successfully perform the essential job duties
- Comfortable managing and analyzing large data sets
- Ability to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment
- Ability to provide team management activities
- Solid understanding of clinical terminology (e.g., understanding therapeutic areas and indications)
- Demonstrated computer skills – requires excellent MS Office experience (specifically Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Demonstrated ability to plan, multi-task and prioritize
- Demonstrated teamwork, communication (written and verbal), and organizational skills
- Sound judgment with effective decision making skills and the ability to solve problems independently
- Ability to work to deadlines
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to communicate appropriately and effectively with internal stakeholders, clients and Labcorp senior management
- Positive attitude and sense of urgency
