Job Overview

- Maintain CDS Learning Management System (LMS) Mailbox within business specified timelines by processing new requests submitted by approved business stakeholders, facilitating online content review/publishing process and troubleshooting or assisting with question/issue resolution
- Administer updates to assignments and curricula in the LMS
- Facilitate the creation, revision or inactivation of all core training requirements in the LMS
- Run ad hoc reports from the LMS as needed
- Manages the Clinical Development Services GCP training record process
- Support SOPs/Policies that govern the learning organization and represents at audit
- Works collaboratively with Global Learning Trainers to ensure that the training quality standards are met
- Works collaboratively with Core Matrix Owners to ensure that the training quality standards are met and determine appropriate solutions
- Participate in developing/maintaining incoming learning projects as Business Unit needs grow
- Maintains and applies knowledge of technical training theories and techniques to sustain overall training effectiveness
- Support client audits as CDS LMS subject matter expert
- Provide reports to support training/project related metrics
- Creates surveys, assessments and dashboards in support of the metrics & evaluation strategy
- Perform other duties as assigned by management


University/college degree – life sciences preferred or certification in a related allied health profession from an appropriately accredited institution (e.g., nursing certification, medical or laboratory technology)
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Aptitude for handling and reviewing numerical and written data
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Fluency in English, both written and verbal
- Computer literacy including a good working knowledge of excel
- Ability to work self-directed with minimal supervision
- Organized with a meticulous eye for detail


- 3 years relevant learning management and/or development experience in a pharmaceutical company or CRO
- 3 LMS administration (Saba Cloud) experience
- Testing and upload of SCORM content to the LMS for operability
- Strong computer skills, including high proficiency in MS Office Suites essential
- 3+ years in a position requiring strong multi-tasking ability/skills.
- Advanced knowledge of Excel and ability to analyze data
- Experience with SharePoint
- Management of multiple projects
- Understanding of clinical trials & GCP
- Quality & compliance tracking
