Job Overview

* Ensure appropriate resources available providing day to day supervision of the Team in order to deliver tasks according to procedural requirements and agreed upon service levels
* Develop, train and coach the team based  on procedural and development requirements
* Coordinate and monitor individuals progress to ensure achievement of Quality, Cost and Delivery performance metrics
* Ensure the consistent implementation, use and review of SOPs by maintaing the same standards across all client teams
* Publish and communicate performance metrics and take appropriate actions when needed
* Accountable for the Teams performance, requiring timely communicating of issues to management
* Monitor, track, manage and ensure resolution of all customer complaints, service failures, issues  and concerns taking corrective and preventative actions where appropriate. Robust actions must be taken to ensure the same service failure does not reoccur
* Ensure effective and timely adherence to management communications, meetings and procedures
* Complete thorough, timely and well-documented performance evaluations providing objective feedback to the individual team member

Education/Qualifications

masters in Life Science or releavant field

Experience

10 to 12 years
