As a Database Setup and Support Administrator (DBSS) you will:
Manage overall process of clinical lab test information entries into Company’s Information Management Systems according to client request.

Understand the needs of internal clients, analyze their requests and takes appropriate action to update applicable systems if needed and provides timely response to clients.

Review internal client requests, including but not limited to review of Statement of Work, for billing related information and perform billing related entries into Company’s billing system.

Responsible for providing support to CLS (Central Lab Service) lab information management systems and act as a lead in resolving discrepancies identified in systems as necessary.

Support project team by ensuring accuracy of test catalogue information entered into Company’s Information Management System.

Manage workload and priorities to support internal clients meet their deadlines.

Work in a team-oriented, global environment with focus on ensuring Company’s test information are accurately entered into systems.

Support a culture of continuous improvement, quality and productivity.


Bachelor in science (or equivalent) 


- Strong knowledge of medical/life sciences terminology
- High level of attention to detail
- Passionate to work with information management systems and databases
- Ability to work in a team oriented and global dynamic environment
- Proven excellent analysis skills
