Primary role is of a Delivery Manager to frontend customer facing technology projects in the PSS&A business unit. This role would be responsible for delivery of customer projects specific to
- Argus Implementation and Migration
- IRMS Implementation and Migration
- Contact Center Implementation
In addition, this role will be the escalation point for all
- customer related support issues,
- Contractual commitments and obligations related to Technology,
- Management of customer SLAs and application uptimes
Key activities would include Interfacing and managing customer/ internal stakeholders. Coordinating for customer requirements, business analysis right up to implementation and final delivery.
This role will also manage the Argus delivery and support teams
5 to 8 years experiance in Lifescience domain
2 to 3 years of experience in handing team of 10 to 15 people
