Minimum Required:
- Minimum of 12 years relevant clinical research experience in a pharmaceutical company/CRO, including at least four (4) years of related process management and consulting experience
- The candidate should be preferably an MBA from a reputed institute with strongly preferred proven quantitative, analytical, problem-solving, conceptual and critical thinking skills. Preference would be given to candidates who have worked in a consulting organization of repute as an independent business process consultant for 2-3 years.
- Business Process Management Consultant drives projects that cover a wide range of topics, from strategy to operations and act as a subject matter expert on process consulting, business process management and process re-engineering with a solid knack of technological enablement and improvements. Business Process Management Consultant owns the project to deliver the end recommendation with help from stakeholders from diverse functions.
- Typical activities involve performing analysis of the problems, including identifying and prioritizing issues for further analysis, synthesizing the insights from the analyses, developing recommendations based on the synthesis, simplifying and optimizing processes by interfacing with IT, Finance, change management and other stakeholders while creating, managing project plans and implementing the recommendations.
