- Is willing to expand in more HRSD processes
- Works autonomously following agreed Desk Side Procedures
- Requires regular supervision; progressing to limited supervision
- Acquires and builds the HRSD knowledge and expertise
- Participates in other cross functional HR Service Delivery activities (e.g., HR invoices, Offer administration, Data Management, Leave Management and employee services)
- Respects and achieves HRSD performance/satisfaction measures, expectations and standards (qualitative/quantitative)
- Handles a high volume of requests with speed and accuracy
- Ensures a strong customer focus and continuous improvement of services
- 1 year of HR experience or customer service experience
- Very good English and Japanese (written and spoken)
- Additional experience working in HR Shared Services is an asset.
- Exposure to Payroll process would be an added advantage
