Job Overview

- Service Delivery, People Service Center contact with focus on Leave tracking activities across Asia Pack locations (w/administrative experience)
- May deliver regional administrative support for HR activities
- Receives inquiries to call/contact center and may serve as regional point of contact for manager/employee inquiries around Leave Tracking
- May be responsible for workload fulfillment for Service Delivery activities (e.g. employee services and references)
- Entry of information into administration and tracking systems (e.g., Leave Tracking SharePoint)
- Accountable to service delivery performance/satisfaction measures, expectations and standards (qualitative/quantitative)
- May include HR Admin work unique to business or site/geography
- May include Local liaison between business and Service Delivery, People Services Center
- May include support to Local Managers, Employees, HR

Education/Qualifications

- Fluent knowledge of English language (spoken and written)
- Focus on details, quality and best in class customer service
- Degree in HR or equivalent of work experience in HR area
- Very good knowledge of MS Office tool, with focus on Excel and SharePoint environment

Experience

- 1-2 years of experience in HR filed (HR Assistant or Administrator)
- previous experience with Leave tracking will be an asset
- experience with customer service will be an asset
- well organized, diligent and comfortable with routine and administrative responsibilities
