    Provides administrative support to the recruiting team in Japan.

    • Schedules interviews and arranges candidate travel.
    • Communicates interview schedules and travel arrangements as appropriate) to candidates.
    • Processes appropriate pre-employment screening.
    • Ensures pre-employment screening has been completed.
    • Recruits and interviews for temporary staff and entry-level positions as needed.
    • Sends appropriate recruiting communication to employees and to referred candidate.
    • Assists in maintaining candidate information in applicant tracking system.
    • Processes invoices, bills, etc. (example: agency, temp staff, office supply, and other miscellaneous bills).
    • Supports production of monthly reports as needed.
    • Supports to ensure Service Level Agreement metrics are achieved.
    • Performs other duties as assigned.

    • Ability to work with team members and hiring managers in a “virtual” setting.  May be physically remote from recruiting team members, hiring managers and/or supervisor.
    • Ability to interact and set a positive tone with candidates and all levels of the organization (including senior management).
    • Strong basic computer skills (Microsoft Office Software, PeopleSoft).
    • Understanding of applicant tracking system preferred.
    • Knowledge of Human Resources practices, laws and regulations in geographic areas of operation, especially related to recruiting desired


    • High School Diploma or equivalent and 4 years of administrative experience.
    • Associates or Bachelors degree (or country equivalent) and relevant experience with Human Resources highly preferred.
    • Language: Japanese (business level) and English (business level)


    • More than 1 year of recruitment coordination experience.
    • Experience in Human Resources and/or recruiting is beneficial.
    • More than 1 Year of Applicant Tracking System (ATS) preferred.
