  • Job Overview

    Essential Job Duties:                              

    • Provide resulting data entry and technical review support for Covance
      • Complete technical review & quality verification of results manually entered from select outside referral laboratories.
      • Monitor and respond to email communication including the team distribution list.*
      • Receive and process data from various global referral or local labs.
      • Complete language translations for report as needed from guides and resources provided.
      • Complete the manual data entry of results into various global databases.
      • Retain and compile appropriate source documentation.
      • Monitor various referral labs pendings to reconcile missing data.
      • Complete an inventory of source data for archiving.
      • Evaluate invoice submission and resolve issues in collaboration with the Covance Account Payable Department and referral labs as needed.
      • Follow-up on database load, database modification, data lock and project closure notifications.

    Education/Qualifications

    Resulting Administrators are most successful at Covance with:

    • A graduate degree
    • At least 2 years’ experience in customer service, laboratories, medicine or healthcare
    • Good communication skills
    • High degree of planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills
    • Demonstrated understanding of clinical trials
    • High degree of attention to detail
    • Demonstrated ability to collaborate and work in teams
