Are you an experienced Research Nurse, Study Coordinator, or study/Clinical trials pharmacist and interested in an exciting opportunity to kick start your career in Clinical Research as an entry level CRA based in our Sydney office?
Covance is committed to offering a CRA training program through our Monitoring Excellence Academy (MEA). The MEA program offers structured module completion; formal assessment and onsite co-monitoring opportunities with our team of CRAs and Line Managers. Covance Australia has a dedicated MEA program co-ordinator who will offer additional support and guidance to you.
If you can bring to us the right therapeutic area expertise and prior work experience, we will train you to move confidently into a CRA role managing your own sites. There is the potential that if you are a successful candidate, we would offer you a a full time CRA I position. We would anticipate that the first 3-6 months of your employment would be office based in Sydney and during this time we will provide you with an in depth, tailored training on the CRA role and responsibilities and work closely with more experienced CRAs to learn best practices hands on with site visits. During the MEA program, we would expect you to also be involved in clinical trial specific administrative tasks where needed, which will also give you exposure to the role of the CRA, particularly essential document collection and what this means for all studies.
Currently, we are seeking motivated individuals who've worked as a Study Coordinator or Research Nurse or similar and ideally have experience in Early Phase Clinical studies or healthy Volunteer studies, however, we will also consider other relevant experience with Late Phase Clinical studies and or direct Clinical Trial roles, including subject recruitment consultant, pharmacy technician, site Data Manager and HREC submission co-ordinator . You may have worked in a large tertiary referral hospital as an RN, in Oncology or as a Study co-oridinator, we would like to hear from you.
